Friday is the last day to notify your coach if they will not be swimming at our meet on July 7.
Champs T-Shirts
This Friday, July 2, is the last day to pre-order your champ t-shirt. I should be at practice both tomorrow and Friday so get me your order if you are interested.
Next Swim Meet Wednesday July 7
Our next swim meet is next Wednesday, July 7, at our pool against Club Sport Pleasanton. All swimmers need to arrive and be checked-in with their coach by 4:45 p.m. The scratch meeting will take place at 5:15, and we hope to start the meet at 6:00 p.m.
Carbo Feed July 6th
In order to be totally prepared for our meet against Club Sport, the team will carbo-load with a delicious Del Prado Pasta Feed on Tuesday, July 6, right after each practice session. This yummy meal is only for swimmers and is provided by your swim team board.
Practices
We will hold practice tomorrow, Friday, and Monday as regularly planned. Have a very happy and safe 4th of July.
